    Update:

    The server appears to be completely dead - Nothing we can do our side is having any effect and all attempts to recover it have failed - Next step is to get hold of the data centre to boot the box from their end.

    It makes me smile. For all our fancy technology we still need someone to push the power button Fingers crossed it's not serious - a cleaner malfunction.
